KELSEY CREEK KNIFE WORKS
WELCOME TO MY SHOP!
HERE YOU WILL CATCH A GLIMPSE OF WHERE YOUR
KNIFE CAME FROM! CLICK ON ANY IMAGE TO
ENLARGE IT!

This is one of the buildings
where it all began.  My
machines and forging were
spread out between many
barns and buildings.
This is the shop I put up to keep
all my machinery and tooling in
one place.  Really cuts down on
the mileage I put on running
between barns and buildings
every day.

Here is my assembly
bench.  I also do my
filework here.
This is my etching
and marking bench.

My tooling bench
where my most
commonly used e-mills
and drills, etc. are kept
for easy access.
This is one of the mills in
my shop and an good old
Brown & Sharpe surface
grinder.

This is my Accu-Mill, it has a three axis Centroid
control which I am still learning to use.  My
programming experience is in Mazatrol.  I also own
a seat of BobCad Cad/Cam software that I am
currently learning.
Drill press and saw.

KMG Blade
Grinder along
with the many
attachments
that I use
along with it.
My very basic lathe.  Currently
looking for a bigger one.
The bench where I do all my
leatherwork.
Forge and EvenHeat
Kiln.  This is where I
do my forging and
heat treat.
Welder and Torch.  Notice my
high-tech noise reduction system
for my air compressor, i.e. garbage
can stuffed with insulation :)
Height gauge, small surface plate,
and Rockwell tester.
Here is an update on my shop.  I've had so many comments on how "spotless" my work area has been.
That was due to my pics being taking as I was setting up my new shop.  This is reality, not as spotless as it
appeared to be :)  I still try and maintain a very clean work environment, but the busier I get the more behind
I seem to get on my "housecleaning".
